Registered dental assistant

Location: Rancho Santa Fe

We're not looking to outline all of the specific things you do as a registered dental assistant, because you already know how to do that. So instead, let me tell you about us--we are a brand new general dental practice--brand new equipment, brand new building, and a brand new team. We are laser focused on delivering the absolute best patient experience we can. We do not cut corners--ever--and we always operate in the most ethical way possible. We want to do right by our patients and we want to do right by our employees. The position will begin with 2-3 days a week, but we plan for it to quickly become full time.

We love our practice; it's our passion and we understand that our employees are our greatest asset. With that said, we want you to love working with us too, and we focus heavily on creating an environment conducive to that. Outside of the above, here are a few things we are looking for:

-Must be a licensed RDA

-Experience with Open Dental and Apteryx is a big plus, but not required

-Willingness to be cross trained and wear multiple hats - flexibility is a must

-A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a friendly nature

-Being able to place a rubber dam is a plus (we do this a lot!)
